The year 2025 marks a major milestone for Victor Buck Services: the company’s 25^th anniversary. Since our founding on 28 February 2000, we have grown from a local print-focused start-up into an international provider of secure document lifecycle services, supporting clients in finance, healthcare, the public sector, and beyond. This anniversary is a moment to reflect on our journey and reaffirm our ongoing focus on sustainability, security, proximity and client satisfaction.

A journey of expansion and innovation

Victor Buck Services’ journey began in Leudelange (Luxembourg), alongside the Imprimerie de la Cour Victor Buck. A quarter-century later, those who witnessed the early days can attest to how profoundly the company has evolved.

Over the past 25 years, Victor Buck Services has:

Grown from a family start-up to a medium-sized enterprise, now integrated into the POST Group
Expanded operations from Leudelange to Capellen, Bettembourg, and Singapore, supported by an international network of partners
Diversified its service portfolio from printing to include digital distribution, document digitization, and printed electronics
Increased its workforce from 2 employees to over 160 professionals, representing 19 nationalities
Broadened its client base from the fund industry to include banking, healthcare, utilities, and the public sector

This evolution reflects our ability to adapt: embracing emerging technologies, meeting evolving regulatory requirements, and anticipating the needs of a dynamic market. Our resilience has been shaped not only by achievements, but also by challenges, each contributing to our growth and maturity.
