We are currently looking for a German-speaking Sales Executive.

You will define a sales strategy based on data analysis, develop a B2B portfolio through cross-selling and upselling, and participate in targeted events to strengthen your network.

You will report to the Head of Sales.

Your mission  

Business Development (Hunting – 60%)

Actively identify and acquire new business opportunities, especially within the German-speaking market. This entails market research, networking, and devising innovative strategies for client base expansion to meet your quarterly and annual sales target.

  • Generating incremental revenue, continuously looking for relevant market opportunities and driving new clients’ acquisition;
  • Draft business proposals and define targeted actions to achieve your goals;
  • Converting business leads into sales opportunities;
  • Proactively follow industry trends and competitor activities in order to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities;
  • Contribute with the Marketing Department to the identification and development of marketing campaigns and subsequent marketing leads;
  • Continuously updating our CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management (Farming – 40%)

Maintain and enhance relationships mainly with our existing German-speaking clients in Luxembourg. This includes regular interactions, understanding their specific needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

  • Understand customers’ needs and challenges and translate them into additional sales opportunities;
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure business growth and sustainability across your portfolio;
  • Attend Monthly Service Reviews;
  • Support the other Relationship Managers by identifying growth drivers through cross-selling and upselling.

Your profile  

To be successful in this role, you need:

Professional experience & technical skills:

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in Management, Business, or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, ideally in B2B / Financial sector / Communication / Digital services. An experience within the printing / Document Management is a strong asset;
  • Good understanding of digital environments;
  • A sound knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Languages:

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset.

  • Strong business developer mindset: prospection, closing, storytelling, account management;
  • Analytical, strategic, and customer-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Independent, organized, reliable, results-oriented and team player;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and preserve confidential information.
