We are looking for a Head of Sales.

As a key role in our Prospection and Growth Department, you are responsible to strengthen sales management, team performance, and support the company’s long-term growth.

Your mission  

You will be in charge of:

  • Team Management: Leading and managing the sales team.
  • Ensure clarity of roles, shared priorities, and strong inter-team collaboration;
  • Drive engagement, performance, and skills development within the Sales Department;
  • Promote autonomy, accountability, and a service-oriented mindset at all levels of the organization;
  • Be accountable for core managerial processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, career development, and disciplinary actions when required;
  • Ensure that team structures, competencies, and capacity planning align with commercial, operational and strategic needs.
  • Be a driving force in proposing new commercial offerings, services, and marketing approaches, in collaboration with the CEO;
  • Structuring sales monitoring, performance indicators, and reporting;
  • Defining and implementing the sales strategy:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities;
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and business partners (both internal and external);
  • Developing the commercial offering in line with market, strategic priorities and client’s feedback;
  • Be present in the field alongside sales teams, particularly for key accounts, high-potential customers, or sensitive situations;
  • Ensure a synergy with the Client Services Department;
  • Contribute to cross-functional internal projects.

Your profile  

To be successful in this role, you need:

Professional experience & technical skills:

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in Management, Business, or equivalent;
  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales, ideally in B2B / Financial sector / Communication / Digital services. An experience within the printing / Document Management is a strong asset;
  • A relevant experience in People Management;
  • A good understanding of digital environment;
  • A strong experience in creating, managing, and facilitating sales reporting (KPIs, dashboards, performance monitoring), including CRMs and MS Office tools.

Languages:

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); German is a strong asset.
