Your mission

Vous serez en charge de :

Réaliser la mise sous pli de documents financiers et autres à caractère confidentiel sur les machines de production
Exécuter les tâches liées aux ordres de production tout en respectant les priorités et les délais établis
Saisir les bordereaux d’expédition des commandes clients
Respecter la qualité du produit
Veiller au respect des procédures de contrôle en place
Répondre aux demandes et questions des clients

Your profile

Vos compétences pour ce poste :

Connaissance de base des logiciels Word et Outlook
Langue de travail : français et/ ou allemand. L’anglais est un avantage
Minutieux, rigoureux, autonome flexible, savoir suivre des procédures
Avoir l’ambition de fournir un travail de qualité
Avoir un contact aisé, une facilité d’adaptation et une envie d’apprendre
Une expérience dans un environnement de production et/ou de l’impression digitale est bienvenue
