IT Production Support Officer (m/f)

French & English speaker

Your mission

You will be responsible for:

Acting as primary point of contact for IT production matters
Collaborating with other teams and management when necessary
Providing internal and external customer support
Analyzing and solving incidents and managing service requests
Monitoring of IT infrastructure & applications
Promoting applications/configurations to production environment
Identifying process improvement, tasks automation and participating in their implementation

Your profile

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Willingness to work on shifts
An IT degree or relevant experience
Developed analysis and problem solving skills
Exceptional focus on client & service delivery
Good ability to prioritize and resistance to stress
Able to work alone whenever needed
Some knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Bash or Python
Some knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux or Solaris systems
You like to review procedures and ideally to write them
You know what ITIL is about
English and French, written and spoken
