Mutual Fund Industries are faced with the issue and challenge of, not only keeping client records for long periods of time, but also having this information available at their fingertips when they need it. A large part of these documents are paper based and do not exist in electronic format. Victor Buck Services has recently launched its inbound digitalization of documents with powerful indexing features. Mutual Fund Industries can outsource their scanning and indexing of critical client records to Victor Buck Services. The indexing process can be considered at the beginning of the client value chain or at the end of the process – digitalizing the archiving process. Our services can be extended to incoming third party supplier invoices.
