Victor Buck Services was created in 2000 by Nicolas Buck and Renaud Jamar. Both entrepreneurs saw the opportunity to create a customer led business which would help financial institutions in Luxembourg deal with the challenges associated with document production and distribution. Fortuitously the years 2000 to 2003 saw a real influx of shareholders into Dublin and Luxembourg based mutual funds. This surge in the number of investors in the service compelled a large number of financial institutions in Luxembourg and Dublin to outsource their client reporting to specialized players. Victor Buck Services grew significantly over the last ten years and currently employs around 120 people. Over time Victor Buck Services has continued to expand its service offering to encompass both physical and electronic forms of document dispatch. In 2006 the national mail and telecom provider in Luxembourg, ‘l’Entreprise des Postes et Télécommunications’, took a strategic stake in the company. Since then Victor Buck Services has not only been able to extend its market share in financial service companies, but also to strike up commercial relationships with telecom and energy providers.

In 2008 Victor Buck Services entered the field of electronic bill presentment and acts today as a consolidator between large billers, retail banks and retail customers.

At the beginning of 2009 Victor Buck Services opened up its own operation in Singapore to help financial institutions in Asia communicate more effectively with their institutional and retail customers.

Today Victor Buck Services operates a global platform of document production and distribution. Its vision has remained the same ever since its inception: provide superior value for our customers and build long-term relationships with our suppliers and customers.
